Springtime Goals – 2026

90day.app

I haven’t posted in about a year. Surprisingly, it has been the busiest year I can remember. The business made major progress both from resolving legacy issues and planning for the future. I’ve used AI to help build out a suite of products to manage the business and my personal routines.

One of the products is 90Day.app, a wellness product I built to help me manage my diet, exercise and overall health. The idea is simple, do 90 day cycles and change habits. Learning along the way, I hope to finally get some regular wellness routines working so I look and feel and good as possible.

At the time of this writing, I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and don’t feel healthy. Over the winter, I was eating more and doing less so I have a stomach that needs work immediately. I also don’t feel healthy. I’ve had brain fog, trouble sleeping and don’t feel good in general. I get tired more easily, feeling stressed and in need of a break after a few hours of work instead of being able to work for most of the day just a few years ago. I feel the weight is one of the biggest factors. My blood pressure is high and I’m not healing as fast.

Some of the changes I am working on in this iteration are: lose the sugar, focus on better sleep, not less computer time but just more focused computer time. Get it done and more on to the next item. Stay focused but also keep in mind that creativity is what differentiates me from others.

This week, I’m reorganizing the basement for better workout area. It is generally cooler down there and I have a new ceiling fan installed that will help. I also put new mats on the floor that are made for gyms. I threw out the universal gym I bought a few years ago because I never used it, partly because it didn’t work. I need to declutter and keep the program as simple yet effective as possible. Complicating it will just result in frustration and burnout.

So, today is the day. This post is for more accountability. Starting the 90Day cycle now.
